Easy Pork Marinade
Greg and I have bbq'ing quite a bit this summer and I found a very simple, do what you want, kind of marinade for boneless pork chops. I'm sure any kind of pork or chicken would work. But it's basically beer, mustard and some seasonings. Yep, beer! For 2 chops, I use half a beer for the marinade and the other half for me, a few tablespoons of brown mustard, some garlic, salt/pepper and any other type of spice you like and let it marinade for about 2 hours and you are good to go!
Enjoy!
Enjoy!

Goombay Smash
These are the signature drinks from the Pink Sands resort in the Bahamas. They pack a punch, but easily go down. LOVE :)
6 Tbsp pineapple juice
1/4 c orange juice
1/4 c Malibu (or other coconut-flavored rum)
2 Tbsp light rum
2 Tbsp golden rum
2 Tbsp Myers (or other dark rum)
Pineapple and orange slices for garnish.
Place all ingredients into a shaker and top with ice. Shake until very cold.
Pour into a garnished short glass filled with ice and enjoy.
