Goombay Smash
These are the signature drinks from the Pink Sands resort in the Bahamas. They pack a punch, but easily go down. LOVE :)
6 Tbsp pineapple juice
1/4 c orange juice
1/4 c Malibu (or other coconut-flavored rum)
2 Tbsp light rum
2 Tbsp golden rum
2 Tbsp Myers (or other dark rum)
Pineapple and orange slices for garnish.
Place all ingredients into a shaker and top with ice. Shake until very cold.
Pour into a garnished short glass filled with ice and enjoy.
